Frequently Asked Questions

  • Any items you rent under the Rental Edit service is available to you for 3 days for the same charge. Items are have to be returened on the 4th day to avoid incurring additional Rental Charges.

  • For any of our services, when we deliver or pick up our items, additional charges apply. Our warehouse is based in Cerritos and usually charges to the neighboring cities start at $135.

    You also have the option to pick up and return items to our Cerritos warehouse.

  • When you rent items, we charge a small 7% of your total order fee, for the safe use and return of the items. if any minimal damage occurs, you will not be charged extra for the item. This waiver does not cover broken items, which have to be returned, if broken. Broken items are subject to additional charges.

  • No, if you book our Premium Affair or The Luxe Experience services, rental charges for items used in the design and decor will not be charged separately.

  • Yes, you can ask for the return gifts or welcome packages as an order on its own. You do not need to book the evnt decor with us.
